The five stages

Inquiry of system
You come to us with a requirement. We establish what the site needs, what it is for, and what a realistic scope looks like before anyone commits.

Engineering team site survey
Our engineers attend the site and record the conditions the design has to work with: available space, orientation, shading, existing electrical infrastructure and access.

Installation
Certified teams install the system to the agreed specification and to code, with the coordination between trades handled on our side.

Completion of task and sign off
The system is tested and commissioned, documentation is handed across, and the work is signed off with you rather than simply left.

After sales services
Support does not stop at handover. Monitoring, maintenance and a route back to us remain in place once the site is live.

FFC Online Smart Services
Our Network Operations Centre monitors energy production across all managed solar powered sites, to optimise plant performance and maximise both system output and revenue. Performance analytics and maintenance staff continuously watch the sites and look for ways to lift production and improve the return on the investment.
Continuous monitoring
Production is watched around the clock rather than checked after a fault.

Output is measured against what the system was designed to produce.
